2.6 RETURN POLICY (READ CAREFULLY)
(a) Return Policy. Shadmart.com is committed to ensuring full customer satisfaction with respect to the products available on our website, security & customer assistance.
(b) Exchanges. We do not accept any Product exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour of an item, then you'll need to place a new order.
(c) Damaged Products. If the Product arrives damaged (“Damaged Product”), shadmart will accept returns for a full refund only in the Return Procedures below. Once shadmart confirms that you received a Damaged Product that was returned in accordance with the Return Procedures below, your sole and exclusive remedy is that (a) we will issue a refund according to the payment method you have used to pay us in the amount charged for the Damaged Product (if your credit card or PayPal account has already been charged for the Product) or (b) we will not charge your credit card or PayPal account for the Damaged Product. The refunded amount will include the applicable Delivery Fee.
(d) Wrong Item: In case you received a wrong item/colour/size you can apply for a full refund. Our team will investigate and process the refunds.
(e) Not Satisfied with Quality: Shadmart.com guarantee to refund any item purchased on our website with which you are not completely satisfied in the case that you return it to us in a saleable condition by post within 9 working days of receipt.
It can usually take up to 21 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your return to be delivered back to our warehouse in China, depending on your location and which postal service you use.
Once we received your return parcel, it will be processed within three business day (excluding weekends and public holidays), and we'll email you to let you know this has been refunded. The funds will go back to your original payment method. It typically takes 5-10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays), depending on your bank/card issuer.
If there is no quality-related issue, but you are still not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return the items for refund within nine working days of receiving your order. We will refund you the item price after we have received your package and inspected it. You would be responsible for all shipping fees incurred.
You are responsible for return shipping costs to our China Warehouse. All merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition they were received. Products must be returned in the original box and/or packaging.
(f) Return Procedure: If any product you order arrives incomplete, incorrect, damaged or defective, please take a photograph of the item and packaging (including barcode), and send an email to refund @ shadmart.com, complete with information such as parcel number, Order ID, and description, within three (3) working days. Shadmart will investigate before getting back to you.

*Customers who confirm that they have received their goods are confirming that their goods arrived in good condition. Disputes will not be entertained after confirmation of order. All returned Products must be unused (e.g., not worn, washed, damaged, or altered) and returned in accordance with the instructions received from shadmart. You are solely responsible for the cost of shipping the returned Product. Unauthorised returns will not be refunded or credited to your account, and we may handle or dispose of those products as we see fit in our sole discretion.
