If goods order arrives incomplete, incorrect, damaged or defective, please take a photograph of the item and packaging (including barcode), and submit it to ‘Submit a Ticket’ on our website, complete with information such as parcel number, Order ID, and description, within three (3) working days. Shadmart will investigate before getting back to you.
